MAKE UP/BEAUTY TIPS

Facial and Beauty tips and remedies

I recommend the following products for better results:

Shea butter – What makes shea butter an extraordinary skin care and an amazing body healer is its richness in precious constituents which includes unsaturated fats and very large number of essential fatty acids, phytosterols, vitamin E and D, and provitamins A. It is great for all over body butter, facial moisturiser that won’t clog your pores like some products. It also works great to regenerate new stronger hair from the roots. It is amazing for use to clear stretched skins and scarring. It can also be used as after shave for sensitive skins. It works brilliantly on nappy rash, however be sure your child is not allergic to nuts, because shear butter comes from karite nuts.

All ingredients of Shea Butter are natural and makes a super food for your hair and skin.

Argan Oil – Argan oil is another product.  It is a healing oil rich in vitamin A and E and also very rich in antioxidants, and omega 6 fatty acids. This product eases inflammation while moisturising the skin.

Argan Oil  helps boost cell production while promoting healthy skin and hair. This is main reason why cosmetics company are including it in their luxury anti-ageing, hair and skin care products.

Coconut oil – This is a very good product as it contains natural saturated fats that helps in hydrating the skin. It also helps in repairing skin barriers.

Combination of these three is the secret of all beauties.

MAKE UP TIPS:

The uses of concealer:

There are two things you need your concealer to do

To cover darkness around the eyes

To cover bad skin

If you are trying to hide a heavy night eye bags or dark circles

You can hideaway bothersome blemishes

Look for more highly pigmented formula that sits comfortable on the skin, stay put all day and enhances your skin texture.

Contouring – Contouring creates dimension. The secret of achieving the chiseled celebrity look is by contouring. Your face is in three dimensions so when you apply a foundation in only one tone your face will appear flat. Highlight the areas that catches light and create shadows in areas to emphasise your jawline and cheekbones.

Keep your misbehaving brows in place by the following tips.

Use an easy to use brow gel to create a  fuller natural looking brow.

Use concealer to get a per line or create your own brow line.

Avoid hairstyles that makes you look old, get the look that will give you an enviable girlish glow – Do you realise the way you are wearing your hair can also have a great effect on how old or young you look, while some styles are obviously too harsh some can add on the years without us even realising it!  When you age, you lose your youthful plumpness in your face

Home remedies for black spots

Castor oil, vitamin E and black soap. Followed by Neutrogena.

Rolled oatmeal and honey. Add 3-4 teaspoon of lemon juice.

Almonds – Soak 8-10 in milk overnight, peel off the skin in the morning and add one tea spoon of sandal wood powder and honey. Apply to face and wash off after 30 minutes.

Sandal wood – add glycerin and rose water to make a paste.

Potato – Could you ever believe that your vegetable drawer is a source of home remedies for black spots. De puff your eyes with raw potato. Apply directly or mix with honey.

Don’t neglect your elbows, Use bio oil to keep them soft and moisturised.

Apply sunscreen everyday, come rain or shine even when it’s cloudy. I recommend SP50. 80 percent of the ultraviolet rays goes through the cloud.
